Thom Iannarino - US Army - 1963 - 1984
Thom graduated from The Ohio State University as a Distinguished Military Graduate from the Army ROTC program. During his exemplary 21 yeqar career, he earned more Medals than Michael Phelps and several Badges. Thom served two tours in Viet Nam and flew over 1300 combat hours and survived a fiery helicopter crash, burn & subsequent explosion with equivalent force of 700 sticks of dynamite. He commanded a one-of-a-kind aircraft maintenance unit that had over 400 soldiers. Thom flew both fixed wing and rotary aircraft and flew both surveillance & VIP aircraft. Thom had tours in Germany, Korea and Panama.
